To make things easier, we provide on-the-spot HICAPS claiming for all major health funds. Our friendly team is always happy to help you understand your fund benefits and provide detailed quotes for your planned treatment.

Payment Policy

At Strathalbyn Dental Care, we maintain clear payment and cancellation policies to ensure efficient service delivery for all our patients.

Payment Terms

  • Payment for treatment is required in advance to secure appointments
  • We accept EFTPOS, credit cards, Apple Pay, and bank transfers
  • Health fund claiming available through HICAPS
  • Finance plans are available (subject to credit checks)

Treatment Costs

  • You’ll receive a personalised treatment plan with detailed costs
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days
  • If treatment plans require adjustment, we’ll discuss any cost changes with you before proceeding

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, but request sufficient notice for appointment changes to maintain our high standard of care for all patients.

  • 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments incur a fee of $68
  • We recommend you call us for appointment changes
  • Multiple missed appointments may affect future scheduling privileges

Exceptions

  • Genuine emergencies will be considered
  • All valid circumstances will be taken into account
